Refund policy
Refunds & Exchanges:
- All work is bespoke and by nature designs can be subjective. We are skilled in following creative briefs and project management and as such we don’t offer refunds on our products or design time but work towards meeting and exceeding expectations throughout transparent communication and opportunities for feedback and amends throughout the process.
- All items are quality checked before they are packed and posted. Human error can occur and will be rectified without charge if reported within 7 days of receipt, after this time any reprints and delivery will be chargeable in line with supplier costs, but we will try our utmost to avoid any additional fees.
- Should we have any problems with stock quoted we reserve the right to source an alternative like for like product.
- Where delivery is time sensitive, due to delayed correspondence and feedback, we reserve the right to dispatch directly from our print supplier, who quality check prior to delivery but may not package or assemble items using the same process as Zoe Barker Design. In these instances, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies on receipt but we will rectify these if reported within 7 days of receipt. Charges may apply if the printer is not responsible for the discrepancy.
